Never seeing a movie that we’ve already seen before

Rach and I both loved Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory, and have been eagerly anticipating the Tim Burton remake.

As we were making our way to our seats, I noticed that some girl had propped up her feet on the backrest of what was supposed to be Rach’s seat. The girl didn’t notice us looking at her as she was busy talking to what appeared to be her driver. After a polite cough from me, she finally noticed us and apologetically removed her feet from the backrest. This does not bode well, I thought.

Sorry Asses

I’ve lived with it long enough and I feel that I’ve grown comfortable enough to talk about it.

I have a disease called Psoriasis. It’s with me for life and it currently has no known cure. Being an autoimmune disease in origin, it means that my immune system is actually working against my body instead of protecting it.

I’m sensing a disturbance in The Force

Ever notice when you’re with some people and someone they know comes over to chat with them, you act as if that person is invisible simply because you’ve never been introduced to each other yet?

The funny thing is, both of you act surprised when you are finally introduced to each other. Like it’s the world’s biggest secret that there was another person standing there all along. It’s as if we, as strangers, are invisible to each other and only our friends are the only ones who can see us.
