I know she’s the big thing right now, and she’s cute, and everybody’s raving about her album Café Bossa; but I say FUCK ALL OF YOU!
My girlfriend asked me to get her the album. Luckily, I found a copy of her album somewhere in the interwub so I simply downloaded it. And Thank God I did! Because if I had to pay for this pile of sin that is her album, I might have caused her bodily harm through the power of thought alone. I am confounded as to why she’s as popular as she is now.
Her voice ain’t all that great, and in fact, I can only compare her high squeaky voice to the sound one makes when a retarded cat makes love to a drunken violin.
On top of that, her album is only made up of like 10% original songs. I have nothing against remakes, but in the name of ALL THAT’S HOLY AND PURE, don’t fill up a CD with almost a shitload of covers that aren’t even all that great, and try to pass it off as an album.
So in conclusion, yeah, I’d definitely fuck Sitti.

I wouldn’t be surprised if I turn out to be the only person who hates her album.
I showed this entry to my girlfriend and she simply rolled her eyes at me. But she did give me permission to delete Sitti’s songs from my iPod so I really have no reason to hate her songs anymore.
Don’t worry man, you’re not alone. Me and my brother are big Bossa Nova fans so I thought that she’d be awesome. So my nrother picks up her album one day, and… we hated it. Except for a couple of good songs, the rest are shit.

This is one thing I wanna tell you, you’re INSANE if you don’t love her music or maybe you don’t how to appreciate great music such as this one. Y don’t you keep your mouth shut and kick all your ass!!! They have unique voice and because of that uniqueness they became the most hottest album right now!!! It’s great to hear their music co’z it’s amazing that there are filipinos who has unique style!!!

i have nothing against sitti alright. i actually love the songs she sings. but the way she sings it, now thats a different story. yah shes soo cute and all but her voice is soo cute too. however, its not the good kind. its just that im a great fan of bossa and i cant believe that it can sound so fucking bad. bossa became a craze coz, most probably, people are tired of the same fucking opm music that local artist are trying to pass of as rock! well with the exception of some great bands of course ( bamboo, parokya, wolfgang etc.. yah hear?) in a nutshell, i think people apreciate the music, not her. and please whats up with the queen of bossa? bossa has been around for centuries! ( well, not really.. hehe just decades) but here she is, trying to spread the gospel that is bossa as if it was solely hers. what gall! ASTRUD GILBERTO, she is the queen!! sitti is just one of those people who hide behind great artist and has the nerve to consider herself a singer. believe me i have seen her perform live (just once though) to check if she really is worth raving for. i being a music major, have heard how her notes fluctuate up and down, so clearly, she cant hide behind that great band of hers. i even asked her to sing time and tide only to find out that they took it a notch down! obviously she cant nail it with the original key with her limited voice range and limited brand of singing. she can only do bossa, with any other else, might as well scratch your nails on the board, sounds the same really. man, she cant sing to save her live. what a waste of money! guys if you want to hear bossa, just listen to real bossa artists. artists who slave over pouring out original songs, not to scums who try to pretend they do.
