This is actually something my wife can be interested in. You see, ever since she can remember, she has asthma attacks whenever breathing conditions are just the little bit different than normal. A little bit of dust, just a hint of smoke, a few degrees hotter than normal, and her nose is reduced to a faucet of snot. Seriously.
Her last visit to the doctor revealed that the inside of one of her nostrils has a distortion which causes her breathing difficulties.
